Tellable Books is an independent children's book publisher based in India. This website is operated by Tellable LLP, located at No. 2, Aishwaryam, Plot No. 2 Second Street, Tharakeswari Nagar, Sembakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600073. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", "our", and "Tellable" refer to Tellable Books and its operating entity.

You may browse our website, view product details, and place orders for personal use. You agree not to misuse our website, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy trademarked, copyrighted, or proprietary artwork and text without our prior written consent.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, pricing, age recommendations, specifications, and stock availability accurately. All products are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

When you place an order on Tellable Books, your submission represents an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing and issuance of a confirmed order receipt. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery address limitations.

All prices listed on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise, and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely at the time of checkout via Razorpay. We do not store or process your complete credit card numbers, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers.

For items available on pre-order, estimated dispatch and launch dates are indicated on the product page and checkout screen. Pre-orders are charged at checkout to reserve your copy. If launch timelines change significantly, we will notify you via email with options to maintain or cancel your pre-order.

We deliver across India using established domestic courier partners. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 working days across India, depending on destination. Estimated delivery times are non-guaranteed targets.

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, we send a dispatch notification email containing a tracking link and courier reference details. You may monitor shipment status directly through the courier portal using the tracking number provided.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting support. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Returns, replacements, and refunds for damaged or incorrect items are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All original content on this website—including book illustrations, story texts, typography, graphics, brand logos, audio clips, and page layouts—is the exclusive property of Tellable Books or its content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Our website relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver services, including Razorpay (payment gateway), courier services (logistics), and SMTP email infrastructure. Your interactions with third-party components are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tellable Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or purchased products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page, with the revision date noted at the top.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai.
